My daughter and I met with Christina Wong, psychiatric NP. She was wonderful and our experience exceeded my expectations. It's not the easiest to make the appointment but if you have the patience it's worth it. Highly recommend.
They never answer the phone, and your lucky if they get back with you in a day or two. Most of the time you have to call them back and go through the whole process again. The nurse practitioner didn't remember telling me the raise my Grandsons meds up to40 mg. I guess she doesn't do her paper work. Needs a lot of improvement!
I am very frustrated with my first time experience with this company. I had a session with a therapist who prescribed a medication. Cvs said they wanted the prescriber to prescribe an alternative medication. Nobody ever reached out to me to let me know what the issue was. I have reached out via email multiple times to find out why there was not another medication prescribed. One time I received a response that it was being looked into but no responses since then. This is so unprofessional. It has been a week and I still have not heard anything.
