I ordered a cake from Mother Moose at their Victory Blvd. location for my daughter’s bridal shower this past weekend and had my sister in law pick it up for me. I chose the chocolate cake with cappuccino moose, fresh whipped cream frosting with chocolate covered strawberries on top. I used to order all of my daughter’s birthday cakes there when they were growing up and I lived on Staten Island but had not bought one in many years. The cake, moose and fresh cream were just the right amount of sweetness without being overly sweet and the cake was nice and moist. So many of the guests complimented on how delicious it was. I would buy a cake from them again and again it was wonderful!

My family and I have been loyal customers of Mother Mousse for well over 20 years. We religiously order cakes from them multiple times year and they have yet to disappoint. I have photos from my 2nd birthday with a Mother Mousse cake, I even ordered my Sweet 16 cake which was out of this world (literally), as well as my 21st, and they exceed our expectations every time. Not only are the staff incredibly helpful and kind, but they go beyond what is asked and the cake decorator has some serious talent. You can absolutely tell that each cake was made with love and detail. The cake and mousse is always light and airy, perfectly sweet, and very high quality. Mother Mousse has been a part of every milestone of ours and we hope they are around for many, many more. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I had the pleasure of working with Lori and the team at Mother's Mousse for my wedding, and I couldn't be happier with the results. We ordered two cakes, and both came out absolutely perfect! They looked stunning, with every detail exactly as we envisioned, and were delivered on time as promised. Most importantly, they tasted incredible—our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious they were. I went to a Bridal Shower and they had the cake and all the desserts made from Mother Mousse Bakery. I had to have them do the cake and desserts for my sister’s baby shower.

The cake we ordered was vanilla with Nutella cream filling. It was so light and delicious, some cakes are so sweet that you can’t enjoy it. Some how they are able to get the right amount of sweetness.

The cake pops are definitely the crowd favorite! They went so fast I should have ordered more. I ordered vanilla cake pops and chocolate. They are soft and absolutely delicious.
