I have been using MVP since 2016. I recently got diagnosed with epilepsy, a seizure disorder. I applied for home health care and was supposed to have one of their nurses call me this morning at 10:30am to talk about the amount of hours I would need and about what kind of care I am accepted for. I waited all day for them to call me. So I called and no nurse picked up. Only a representative, which was very polite. I am trying to get care as soon as possible because I am currently 7 months pregnant with a condition that can kill my child and me if something happens and no one is here to call the emergency line.
