I had an outstanding experience at Proclinix! The staff is friendly, professional, and truly dedicated to helping patients recover and feel their best. They took the time to understand my goals and created a personalized plan that delivered real results. The facility is clean, modern, and well-equipped, and every session felt productive and positive. I left each visit feeling stronger and more confident in my recovery. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of quality physical therapy!
I received physical therapy for my spine (kyphosis) and postural training. Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and adept in spinal manipulation. He was able to pinpoint the various impingements that were contributing to my continuous back and neck discomfort.
I have been to several physical therapists and massage therapists over the years, Adam has made the most significant change in terms of my pain relief. I would highly recommend a visit.
I’m so grateful for the high quality physical therapy I received through Proclinix. Especially from Adam- who helped me recover from a complicated knee surgery and helped me get back in the ring and able to do my sport. He’s extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping his patients reach their goals. I’m so grateful for such quality of service right here in Westchester!
I have been seeing Liz and Katie at ProClinix in Tarrytown for the last 4 months for an acute shoulder injury that exacerbated a much longer standing shoulder issue. The whole team has been wonderful - it is such a welcoming environment and they got me back to full range of motion and strengthening the joint steadily and thoroughly, with lots of encouragement along the way. I have an active job teaching fitness classes and need to pick up my young kids all the time, so they have greatly improved my spring and summer as they helped my injury recovery. Would recommend this team and location to anyone in need of PT services!
I can’t say enough great things about my experience at the Tarrytown office with Dr. Elizabeth Bynum and Katie Streeter, PTA. From my very first visit, Elizabeth took the time to really listen to my concerns and develop a treatment plan that was tailored specifically to my needs. Her expertise, clear explanations, and genuine encouragement made each session productive and motivating. Katie brought such positive energy and incredible attention to detail — she always ensured I was performing exercises correctly and safely, and she made the work feel both approachable and fun.
Together, they created an environment where I felt cared for, supported, and confident in my progress. Thanks to their combined knowledge and dedication, I’ve regained strength, mobility, and comfort I never thought I’d get back. The whole Tarrytown team is welcoming, professional, and committed to their patients’ success. Highly recommend!
