Cindy was so helpful! I came to look at interior door knobs and she helped me with the finish and deciding which rossette to achieve my desired look. She even gave a snack to my son to occupy him while we chatted. Highly recommend!
I would give higher score, but we had an item on backorder. I called and requested a split shipment which My Knobs promptly coordinated. The return communication from My Kkobs could be better, but the shipment happened quickly. The main issue I had was with FedEx dropping our package at the wrong address. Luckily there are still some honest people around and they contacted me to get my package. Overall I would highly recommend Myknobs.
Thank goodness these were still in stock after 5 years! I needed two more to match and was able to purchase these beautiful, well made handles.
