Natalia Kozlov is a very attentive and sensitive doctor. She will never refuse to help. Even if you do not have an appointment, but some question has arisen, you can call the friend desk and pass on your question. And when the doctor is free, she will personally call you back and resolve your issue with you. I have never seen this in any medical office. And the employees on the friend desk are also very attentive and sensitive. They will never be rude, they will treat you with understanding, and will always help in solving any issues.
As a physician I am very particular with the care I offer my patients and with the level of care I expect from other doctors to offer them. Needless to say my standards are high. I have witnessed many patients whose lives were saved by this doctor. While others try to sell tests she uses her physical exam skills and her extensive medical knowledge to order the right tests and refer to the right specialists for the best assessment. After seeing the high level of care she provides I decided to personally go to her for help and was extremely impressed by her medical examination skills and her wisdom.
We need more doctors like her who's priority is not their personal bottom line but rather the patient's best interests.
