Sales rep Joe and office manager Lauren could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Installers Nick and Kevin arrived ahead of schedule and were finished with my slightly complicated barn door style installation in just two hours, even with me asking for minor adjustments along the way. They were extremely professional, courteous and pleasant young men. They had to maneuver up into my second level condo unit, and they caused absolutely no damage along the way! They wore booties over their shoes and cleaned up everything when they finished. I am so glad that I chose to go with NY Door & Closet and highly recommend this company.

Very prompt, professional service from Lauren, Joe, and Kevin. They did my back patio door, and front door with a free storm door, with precision and care. Also when my door settled and I needed them to correct the issue because it wasn't closing properly, they sent Kevin out who took about 2 minutes to correct the problem, and prices are very reasonable.
