Our closet designer Kathe was amazing! She was organized, offered great design ideas and built my dream closet! The process was seamless. I could not be happier.

We had such a great experience with Long Island Closets from start to finish. Kathe handled our closet design and she was truly incredible. You can tell she has years of experience—she immediately spotted things we never would’ve thought about, pointed out what would or wouldn’t work in the long run, and helped us avoid future issues before they even had a chance to happen. Her eye for detail and the way she explains everything made the whole design process so smooth and stress-free.

When it came time for installation, Brett and Austin were beyond impressive. Not only were they extremely efficient and professional, but they were also just genuinely kind, easygoing people to have in our home. They told us the job would take three days, and they stuck to that timeline exactly—no delays, no excuses. They worked clean, carefully, and with a level of precision that really shows in the final product. You can tell they take pride in what they do.

The closets themselves came out amazing—better than we imagined. And honestly, the pricing was very fair for the quality of work we received.

Overall, from the design phase with Kathe to the installation with Brett and Austin, everything was done with care, respect, and total professionalism. Couldn’t recommend Long Island Closets more. If you’re thinking about doing built-ins or upgrading your storage this is the team you want!

Today Long Island Closet Design installed two new bedroom closets in my house that were put in 36 years. They are fabulous! Kathe was a delight to work with and her suggestions were phenomenal! Had a magnificent closet designed and installed. Kathe, the senior designer took the time to look at my clothes and shoes to accommodate my things. She designed it while in my home and it was easy to understand and visualize. The fabrication was completed before the expected date. The installers, Justin and Austin clearly have done this many times before. They were polite, neat and everything was perfect. I waited all my life for a walk in dream closet and now I have it thanks to Long Island Closet Design. I find myself spending so much time just sitting in there. Thank you
