Filet was black, and the porterhouse are more like T- bones. Not happy asked for photos sent no response.
Great steaks and service!!
I've had a couple of these steaks and they were the best - IMO much better than that midwest city named steak!
I ordered a couple of steaks for my son but somehow the shipping address did not take so the steaks arrived at my door - 2500 miles from where they were supposed to go. I called and they immediately shipped a replacement package to my son at no additional charge. No questions - no hassle.
What a great company!
20 oz Australian Wagyu may be the best steak I've ever had. beautifully marbled. It's not cheap, but for special once in a whiles, it's worth worth it.
