My whole family have been clients for over 50 years. RAINDEW Pharmacy was great. Never an issue with supply. Since ONPOINT took over, it is the worst. Friendly staff, but the pharmacist is quick to blame the main office for not having meds in stock and w/o warning can take WEEKS to get in. The pharmacist does not honor agreements to use discounts and tries to get you to go to another pharmacy with the excuse they still do not have your medication. This after he had agreed to honor and having discussed not wanting to go to another pharmacy, specifically CVS. He did this with my parent’s aide after he & I spoke about getting the medication with the discount through ONPOINT. Sadly he will say how he himself left CVS because he did not like the way they have turned out and how much your family means to him. Ah well. Time to move on to a pharmacy where they do not go back on their word and put their pennies in their pockets before your care. Typical of Big Pharma and medicine in the US. Not taking care of their client as much as they are watching their pockets.

It used to be 5 stars. Lately though it has gone down to 3 stars. I order my medicine and there is usually a problem Lately, it is with a medicine that I'm on monthly. I place the order 2-3 days before I need it so I don't run into problems but without fail they never order it or follow up. Yet the cheaper medicine that I don't need at the moment they send. Ugh so annoyed 😒 😑 hopefully service will go back to the way it was when it was Raindew. Very disappointed I expect this from a chain pharmacy not a smaller one that was known for there service

Pharmacy was the absolute best!!! I had to wait for my RX's because my 1st time there and it was under 10 minutes for both!!! No.chain pharmacy can ever do that!!! Toms of things to buy whiel u wait too..The only reason I'm saying 4 stars is because I bought some stuff, the lady rang me up,I paid and she yelled "next" I said ma'am how am I supposed to carry all.of this? She says "Oh, you want a bag? That's 5 cents!" OK that's fine but why not ask before the transaction was over instead of assuming I have 8 arms to carry all of this!!! Would definitely go back!!
