I love that I needed medicine for my son who had a bad earache. They did not have it stock at the time, but they called their sister stores and manage to get the medicine to me in time. The professionalism and sense of urgency to make sure that my son was OK with top customer service. Thank you !
"If you need anything just go to CVS", thats what you will be told when you need basic essentials.... this is no longer Cross Bay Chemists.... that amazing neighborhood feeling of being taken care of is not being felt right now. I love neighborhood pharmacies and would love to see OnPoint improve, as their staff is kind and respectful.
