    Installer was super nice, knowledgeable and efficient!
    Cable TV service is terrible!!
    I haven't seen a complete show without glitches and having to unplug and restart my box since I signed up.

    Ok!!! Just got home from vacation, no TV.. spoke to Akeem last night… had me do some steps… told me I needed new boxes… went this morning in the pouring down rain… NEW BOXES DID NOT WORK!!! Talked to Mohammed and now box does not even come on… sending someone tomorrow and was told may be charged $80 … WTH!!! Time for a Dish!!!! I drove in poring rain to get 2 new boxes which did not work… been customer 17 years… thought we would’ve gotten better service … BTW!!!! Not PAYING FOR A SERVICE CALL…..
