Summer league playoff games, good competition. Red bull donated drinks.
Always a good time so far at events. The people just come to vibe eat drink and have fun. Music everywhere the. Bathroom could be more cleaner and upkept with more tissue on deck. The bathroom helper was nice and useful in ensuring things ran smoothly. The food line also moves fast at times but can be long.
Clean NYC beach. It’s not too big, nor wide. People are awesome. It’s so much nicer than what it was 15 years ago. But bathrooms are limited/ none by picnic tables. The place could use more picnic tables and portable toilets in that space.
I love going to Orchard beach on sunny days during the off season when there are less people and less noise. The lanternflies are annoying this year because they jump on you while you're trying to relax on the sand. I hope they disappear soon. Otherwise, this is a good place to go for a walk or a run or to just relax. Sometimes there are seals sunning on the rocks about a half a mile out in the distant waters.
