Excellent care and an amazing team. The doctor was knowledgeable, caring, patient, and compassionate, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I felt well cared for and confident in my treatment. Highly recommended.
"3333 hylan blv." I have known this place from 2016. I had L / knee surgery around 2018. I highly appriciat for the Doctors and other staff worked in this place in those period. on 11/20/2025 i went there for my R/ knee injury

But i need to mention the Doctor who treated me (Claudia) is very kind and i offer my heart full thanks.
Went to walk in was treated very well. Staff is friendly and efficient. Examination and X-ray was fairly quick, explanation of possible injury was thorough, questions asked were answered and was sent to get an MRI. MRI on a Tuesday, results were available on Wednesday and called that same day that the results were in. No one answers a phone you must leave a message. It states that calls will be returned in a day. No return call as of the following Tuesday but ironically did receive an email to ask me about my experience. With the exception of getting the results and hoping to make a plan for addressing the injury, which is not acceptable, the office experience was good. Wow. Just saw there response so I had to add. They thought this was a good review and in their posted reply didn’t include addressing the issue of not following up after a message is left. I did leave a second message one week after MRI results and I still haven’t received a call back after 9 days/7 business days. As such lowered their rating.
I’ve had my labrum’s repaired by Dr. Giovinazzo and he was awesome and my shoulders haven’t felt this good in years. And I also had my Achilles tendon repaired by Dr. Tsai. The surgery went very well and the after care was amazing. Would definitely recommend both of these surgeons. The place does get busy at times so appointments are a must even though they do take walk in’s in most cases.
