These guys were great. I spent over $1,000 taking my truck with giant tires to 5 other shops that said they could balance them but they couldn't. These guys got it right on the first shot. I won't go anywhere else for tires any more. Thank you.
I was in need of 2 tires, was on my way to a tire place and almost made it, 5 min away I had to pull over on Sunrise Hwy because my spare went flat. Triple A couldn't tow me for 2 hours and all the tire places would've been closed. I called Patchogue Discount Tires, was able to send my tire size in a picture and the owner sent his roadside service to change my 2 tires on the side of the road! Chris and his partner came in 20 min, took them 30 min to repair both tires, they set up cones, were very professional and gracious. The cost was $160+tax, I asked them to charge me $200 so they could both have a $20 tip and they charged my credit card right there, gave me a receipt. Was able to cancel the Triple A tow, drove off with 2 new tires and I'll be back to Patchogue Discount Tires for them to check my other tires as well. Wonderful customer service, great price and Roadside Service! Would recommend to anyone, they are located in Patchogue, NY.
