I recently had a unique situation with a vehicle that isn't their usual drop off. We were traveling on vacation, 6 hours from home, and had a major breakdown for the vehicle. We ended up at Patriot Automotive unaware of anything about these folks. This turned out to be a great experience with their terrific communication with me and professionalism. I was driving down the road and had my CV axel blow out from housing. I was able to baby the car to Patriot Auto about .5 miles away. I showed up at 3:30 PM.
I meant Brian the owner and some of the crew. I could not be more impressed with their friendliness, respect, and good nature.
Brian and his Mechanic Pat through the car up on the life verified the issue. My mind was blown how quick and thorough they were.
They ordered a replacement axel and had it arrive and installed. I was out the door at 5pm.
