Every time I have gone to the store the staff i have delt with were professional and friendly. However, I called with a question about my order. The person assisting me on the phone was abrupt, quick/ short answers and did not come overall a person interested in customer service. I wish I had gotten her name.
Mark was a pleasure to work with! We explored several ideas together, and he consistently delivered proofs quickly while remaining patient throughout the process. The team was thrilled with the battery packs we ultimately chose, and we’ll definitely be placing another order!
Personalize It was a Lifesaver in a moment of despair. I had an issue with another company who didn’t fulfill my order in time as promised and Personalize it is where I should have went from the start! Not only did Mark have my order ready in the same day, but 20mins after I dropped it off, and the finished work was Perfect!!! Mark Screen printed my daughter’s lab coat for her graduation.
