I haven't been coming here long (a year or two maybe) but I love my doctor and so does my family.
The girl's at the front are.. nice enough but it seems that them and their who I assume is the money hungry office manager since she HOVERS... they don't know their money policies off hand and can't even explain it properly. They have an extra 3.5% ALL CARD interest fee for debit and credit, probably gift cards too, they also take checks (awesome but I am young and do not own or use any). They MUST have the money UP FRONT and DO NOT take cash, very unfortunate. They have billed me in the past where I have gotten emails to an online pay area, the same area where you can 'prepay' and charge up your account for a smoother visit. I'm pretty sure they even advertised it on the counter or the wall at some point and when you got the appointment confirmation and the email to do your 'pre paperwork' it asked you for something. When I mentioned that they said they've never done that, they didn't know what I was talking about. I said I could show them the emails (once I find them) of the money requests from them but they said it was probably something I owed afterwards from not paying a full copay or probably from a different insurance since I would never be seen without paying them in full or maybe another doctor. The entire time the office manager hovered around my area saying I could run to get a money order or something from somewhere nearby, meaning I would miss my appointment and get a late fee. They kept saying they could reschedule me for something else which would be months from now or I could just cancel. Very inconvenient. I'm not liking that I was gaslit into thinking that they never did a prepay or online payment method either.
Who out there remembers this? Am I truly ridiculous and insane or was this a thing before and they either changed it or they don't know what they were talking about?

Love Dr.Srivistava. She immediately recognized that my skin issues were due to PCOS. She always listens to my concerns and comes up with treatment options that suit my situation. She’s friendly and upbeat and never makes me feel rushed.

I had my first appt in the Patchogue office today. I have to say that the two ladies at the front desk, Kim and Megan, were so sweet that I decided to leave a review for them. Often times the first people you meet in any office can leave a lasting impression. That was certainly the case here. My mom was a receptionist in a busy office. I respect what you do! Also, whoever answers the phone to book appts was also a sweetheart. Good experience today for those reasons. The Dr. was kind as well.

Dr Brett M. Dolgin is the best on staff to see. I highly recommend him. Very thorough, and surpasses all patients' expectations. No other on staff is like him.
