First time in 50 years at a laundry mat. Very clean. Helpful friendly staff. Not enough dryers and clothes sat done in dryers for over an hour before owners came to remove them. Otherwise nice place .

Normally I have a good experience here and no issues but today the lady working the counter upset my wife. The dryers had just finished and everything was still hot in the basket so it just happened. She took our belongings out of the dryer without waiting at all. No other employee has taken it upon themselves to do this without waiting a reasonable amount of time. It's not ok to just do whatever you want with someone else's stuff especially when they're in the parking lot and they spend a good amount of money at the business. My wife tried to talk to her and she quickly jumped to "the sign" line and turned tail on my wife when she wasn't done talking to her. I would like to be contacted by the owner and explain the details a bit more. Again, usually an excellent place to do business but if my wife doesn't feel comfortable with this particular employees behavior then it needs to be properly addressed. I enjoy using this facility and I would like to continue to do so

(Sunday 9/18/22) This has always been a great place to go as far as Saving Money & How Clean it is compared to many other places. However, this is the second time I’ve finished washing my clothes and there are NO AVAILABLE DRYERS. Currently only 7 Adults in here which is including employees. Out of 26 Regular Size Dryers, all 26 being used. The larger dryers out of 16 Dryers, 15 being used. (Edited ; I just came on a Saturday Night and the place was Empty, never seen it like this, any washer, any dryer available!! )
What good is a Clean Laundromat, if you can’t dry your clothes or have to wait for available dryers that others are also waiting for. Today I’m being forced to use the Only 1 Large Dryer (Larger one’s take abt 4 min longer to dry than the cheaper smaller one’s) available for my 2 loads, meaning an extra 15 to 20 minutes I could be doing something else, but need to wait for 1 load to dry before I can add my other load to dry. I also noticed of the Regular Dryers, abt 10 of them are sitting there with clothes in them but the dryers aren’t running. I see it often, like ppl put clothes in and then leave and don’t come back when they are finished. As a business, that’s a way of losing money, dryers sitting there filled with clothes but not operating and a great way of customers going elsewhere. On the weekend you don’t want to spend your day waiting for a dryers to become available. So far I have always been able to find 2 washers to use, but a few times I have found the only 2 washers left to use. They need to have a policy where the Staff can remove clothes if the person using them is not at the Laundromat.
I drive all the way from Newburgh to come to a laundromat that is clean and my first 6 experiences were perfect, but the last 2 times have been frustrating.
I do keep an eye on my reviews, if it gets better, I do change it, if it gets worse, I do change it. But what a waste of a Sunday.
One last thing, I do believe the dryers work well and for .75 cents my clothes are dry. BUT anyone coming for the first time, expect to pay a $1. to purchase a card that you must have to use the machines. That’s a ripoff to have to buy the card, makes no sense, but I bought it than spend extra gas money to go somewhere else.
Oh, just before I’m about to leave, I tried the vending machines. I have tried 3 straight $1. bills that each one just comes right back out not accepted. All 3 in good shape and none of them accepted by the machine.
One VERY IMPORTANT THING ABOUT THIS LAUNDROMAT IS THE STAFF, The ENTIRE STAFF UP TO THIS DATE HAVE ALL BEEN FRIENDLY, that’s always important to me.

Great laundromat! Clean and large enough with so many machines, that social distancing isn't an issue! Those 'super jumbo' machines are great for knocking out bulky loads or larger items like comforters, pillows, small rugs!
Dryers run 25c for 5 mins.
Not sure what my favorite feature is but, it might be the convenience of getting text notifications every time the machines stop! It allows me to run quick errands close by, without the anxiety of worrying about the machine stopping and someone's dirty hands pulling my laundry out 🤣!
My first time there felt very welcoming... the gentleman must have been the owner because he approached me almost immediately, gave me a short and quick tour and tutorial on buying, replenishing and using the cards.
Heaven sent because I feel like, I find a laundromat, use it... go back and machines are always broken or the larger ones are always taken! With 2 kids and a husband, I can't afford the time, energy or money doing laundry in those $3 machines.
This one might just be it for me! Will add more photos on my next trip!
