Port Salt Cave

This place has been around a long time but it had been awhile since I visited. It's still welcoming and clean as a whistle with a personal touch. The owner truly cares about her business and customers. Excellent and friendly experience as always.

This was my first moon / guided meditation and sound bath. It was absolutely incredible the healer Katherine was so sweet and made the experience. Everyone deserves to feel the healing powers of the cave! 10/10 will definitely be coming back.

I find fewer things in this world as restorative, healing and decompressing as going to the Port Salt Cave. My favorite is an infrared sauna and cave combo. Could not have a better system detox and health boosting two hours than a super-sauna-sweat followed by breathing in the medical grade salt air in the cave. When I bought a 10-pack for the sauna I knew I could get through the gloom of winter. I've had work, social and solo outings in the cave and every one is a salty-success! Sue aims to please and is a proprietor that will get you to the best outcome whether you're a group of 10 or alone and in need of a restorative respite. Very highly recommended!

This place is extremely cozy and relaxing. The salt is authentic and just sitting within the cave is healing in itself. Walking out of the cave, I felt peaceful and rejuvenated. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. 5 stars!

This is a truly wonderful experience! 90$ for 45 minutes for 2 people! I truly didn't do much research into it prior to going but I saw it on TikTok and figured, why not? After the 45 minutes, I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. My sinuses felt opened and decongested. My lungs felt brand new. I will definitely be returning to rejuvenate and replenish my insides! Staff is so friendly! Definitely highly recommended!
