I started to see Dr Amy before hip surgery and have continued post surgery. She has a pleasant treatment space and although she is not close to my home she is definitely worth the trip. My treatment plan is specific to me and my needs. I’m moving better and the pain has faded. I am thankful to have found her.
I fell 4 years ago. I injured my knee as well as my shoulder. I never saw the Dr for my shoulder as it wasn’t that bad. It actually kind of went away. Fast forward 4 years (present date). The pain had started up and getting worse. I saw my primary care doctor. I went for an X-ray which did not reveal anything really wrong. The only thing I knew was that the pain was getting really bad. She sent me for PT. I started w Amy and it was the best thing I did. The first few sessions felt good but I soon realized if I did not do the exercises at home it would be a waste of time. Once I started doing the exercises and movements at home, it was a huge improvement. I highly recommend Amy at Positive PT.
Amy Broadwell Alessi I can't say enough good about her. I was in serious need of a physical therapist the last place I used didn't seam to help me with my injuries. I happened to see a post in a Facebook group and reached out to her. Let me tell you that was the best decision I made. For the amount of time we have been working together i have noticed a some differences in my mobility. Amy is very knowledgeable kind and careing. She will listen to your needs and understands the problems and will go the extra mile to get you moving. Where anouther clinic will just turn you away when the insurance runs out amy will go the distance. In my humble opinion I will and do recommend Amy if your in need of a physical therapist that is educated, cares and goes above all the reast.
Our experience with Amy has and continues to be amazing; we look forward to our sessions every week. She is extremely knowledgable , patient and compassionate with our child and we have seen much improvement since we started hippotherapy a few months ago. We are so lucky to have found this service for him and look forward to continued achievements under her care!
My time with Amy at Positive PT has been excellent! Facing hip surgery without nearby family or friends, I needed to switch to a facility closer to my home.
Initially skeptical about it being predominantly a hippotherapy setting, I decided to give it a shot, and I'm so thankful that I did. Amy surpassed all my expectations with her warmth, humor, and kindness. Her expertise and professionalism checked all the boxes for me. Throughout our, so far, 6-week of 1:1 sessions in a private space, a rarity these days, they’ve become something I looked forward to. Amy's unwavering support has been invaluable.
I'm excited about the facility expanding, providing her with a dedicated and brand-new space. I appreciate Amy so much and find myself talking about my physical therapist the way people discuss their mental health therapists… all my friends know her by name.
Amy has made a profound impact on my recovery, keeping me motivated every step of the way. She truly is the best!
