I had been trying UNSUCCESSFULLY to obtain my warranty for over a year and then i thankfully came in contact with Allison and what a BLESSING that was! My warranty was in place IMMEDIATELY! I cannot describe the level of professionalism and superior customer service that Allison provided! If you ever purchase from Prisco’s make sure you ask for ALLISON! I would not be able to explain what a stressor it was for me knowing that I made this high ticket purchase, paid for an extended FIVE YEAR WARRANTY & IT WAS NOT IN PLACE! I would place phone call after phone call, each time receiving empty promises that the warranty would be put in place and there would be ZERO FOLLOW THROUGH! It was not until Allison picked up my call that the issue was immediately successfully resolved! Allison if you happen to see this THANK YOU I AM DEEPLY GRATEFUL!
I’ve been dealing with Alison from Prisco for a long time but today she went above and beyond excellent service! I was sick and my dryer broke down. I called Ali and she came to the rescue came to my house measured and is having the delivery of my new dryer in 24 hours! Who does that! She is fabulous. Prisco really went over the top with their customer service today! For any of your appliance needs call Ali she has her new concierge service. She will go out of her way to help you get whatever you need. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else! Thank you!!!
We recently purchased a Bosch dishwasher for Prisco Appliances. Alison was our salesperson and she was professional extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting us in choosing which unit to purchase. Alison quickly arranged for delivery which took place just a few days later. The installers were efficient, courteous and were obviously experienced. I would highly recommend Prisco and strongly recommend you ask for Alison.
👏 my mother was in town and my dishwasher broke while I was away! She didn’t want to go to a big box store. Thank goodness she didn’t, as she was in good hands! Excellent customer service and made her feel super comfortable. So appreciative of her and your company. Handled my co-op paperwork swiftly and the install of new dishwasher was done with ease and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend. Will never go to a big box store again!
