I can’t say enough good things about the classes I take with Trainer TK at Push Fitness. His sessions are hands down, the highlight of my week. The energy, motivation, and structure he brings to every class make it impossible not to give 110%. No matter how I feel walking in, I always leave feeling stronger, more focused, and proud of the effort I put in. TK has a way of pushing you just the right amount, challenging but never overwhelming. He knows how to keep everyone engaged, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey. His passion for what he does truly shows, and it’s contagious. You don’t just work out, you get inspired. And not to mention, his music choices are absolutely on point. The playlists are so good, you’ll catch yourself dancing your way out after class. It adds such a fun, unforgettable vibe to the workout. Honestly, the reason I’m still a loyal member at Push Fitness is because of TK. I get my money’s worth every single class. If you’re looking for a trainer who genuinely cares, keeps you accountable, and makes fitness something to look forward to, TK is the one.
Let’s me start off by staying, this gym is beautiful inside. The front staff is very nice and friendly, as soon as I walked in the door they made me feel like I was apart of the family. The gym is very clean and well maintained. I have taken a few of the classes they offer and the training staff is amazing at what they do.
Best gym in Queens, hands down. I’m a firefighter from Queens and I’ve been to a lot of gyms, but nothing beats this place. It’s always spotless, the equipment’s brand new, and there’s never any waiting around — there’s always something open to use. The sauna’s amazing after a long shift, the people are cool, and the staff couldn’t be better. Everyone’s super helpful, and Jessica especially goes above and beyond every time. She’s friendly, knows her stuff, and always makes you feel welcome. If you’re looking for a clean, well-run gym with great vibes, this is the one.
I had the best experience at this gym. The people are super chill and the staff is very professional. I will continue to stay with push fitness because of how I was treated postpartum. The respected manager Ming Liao, was not only understanding but showed compassion and gave me all the time I need to recover when freezing my membership. This kind of attitude is what will keep memberships loyal. I recommend push fitness to everybody. It is managed by the best !
