Really delicious! We ordered grilled chicken with rice, grilled chicken beef broth pho, and we drank hot jasmine tea. Everything was very good, the restaurant is very clean, and the staff was very attentive and nice. :]

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything worthwhile.
The family and I had a wonderful day at the Jersey Shore with some good friends and family. On our travels back home we decided to look for a place to have dinner passing through Staten Island. My wife found Ran Viet and was craving Vietnamese food for along time, boy were we not disappointed. From the outside it looks like any typical eatery yet inside felt homey and relaxed. We were greeted by our host with a smile and good vibes. She was quick and very organized . Our order was taken and with a blink of an eye our meals were ready, they were plated beautifully and may I say the portions were huge, my take out was a meal of its self. The flavors and aromas just hit you like a flavor train. We haven’t had Pho broth this good in along time. We are definitely adding this gem for whenever we pass through Staten Island it’s a place you just don’t want to miss.

Came here for a quick bite. Food was good, place is clean, background music was quiet. All the pho was with beef broth (I would have liked a veggie one), I got the seafood version but only ate the shrimp (the mussels and squid did not look appetizing). The summer rolls were very good and my husband enjoyed his beef dish.
We saw a few people picking up their orders and it does seem like the kind of place to order from, as opposed to eat in.
    Overall, good 👍.

One of the best and most authentic phos on the island. Broth is not from powder and it has no MSG unlike the other pho restaurants (may not be for some if you are accustomed to the other broths on the island). You won't be thirsty after eating this. The soup is very meaty and clear. The owner spends a lot of time removing all the gunk/fat. Nice cut of brisket as some pieces comes with the tendon. The large pho is LARGE. You know it is not operated by the Chinese when the authentic chili sauce is served. Extremely yummy and fresh chili sauce =]. Both the grilled chicken and pork was light and evenly grilled. Glad to have such a great addition to the Island.

2024.03 2nd visit sit in. Super good Vietnam sandwiches, super fresh. If Pho soup is hotter will be better. Soup itself is on the light side, not heavy. It is my Style. Chicken wings also fresh and really juicy. Their home made appetizers sauce is great not too spicy. Vietnam coffee and specialty coffee are average.

2024.03 the restaurant has nothing much to deduct at this moment. Reasonable price, food are fresh. Taste above average. Rice is really good. The rice itself. Friendly service and clean environment. Open just 2 months ago
