2018 Ram Truck. This place is awesome, the employees are great to deal with and patient with explaining work and prices work to be done. They are worth waiting for your appointment. I will definitely be returning with my Mazda when needed. Thank you guys for the fantastic job you did!!!
This place is very good. The staff are very friendly and they are FAST! I was out in 35 minutes. All except for the alignment. I had to schedule that since there's only one machine and they're backed up.
As for the price I paid, since the tariffs are in effect, even they said it's not fair for any of us. Tires are expensive. But still I felt they tried to get me the best deal & worked within my budget.
I didn't have to wait for the tires to be ordered, they were in stock. I feel safe driving with new tires, even though I don't drive everyday. Knowing they're new is the best feeling.
Rapid Tire is simply the best! Every visit is a great experience — the team is always friendly, professional, and quick to get the job done. Their service is top-notch, and they always greet you with a smile. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and their prices are more than fair with plenty of tire options to choose from.
And I have to mention the shop dogs — they’re the absolute best! They make every visit even better. Great people, great prices, great pups — you can’t go wrong with Rapid Tire!
I never write reviews but I had the best experience with Rapid tire service. They are so friendly, helpful and very trustworthy. The girls at the front desk are absolutely wonderful!! Not even an exaggeration. They did not brush me off, they went the extra mile and Not only did They help me find the correct rim for my vehicle which was cracked they also help me get it powered color as I have custom colored rims. I’m so happy with the service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy friendly service.
