I've used Matt twice this year in selling 2 family homes. Both times he was highly professional and helpful. Since I live out of state, Matt went above and beyond both times to pick up permits, check oil
tank measurements, and anything else I needed addressed. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! Thank you Matt!!

I am the broker and owner of this business. I would like to respond to the negative review posted by Lauren Robinshaw. She claims the agents handling this rental listing were inattentive when in fact, just the opposite is true.

Ms. Robinshaw contacted the listing agent by leaving a voice mail on Wednesday, July 29. The agent replied by text saying she would be glad to show her the home the following day at 4:30 PM. The list agent emailed a rental application to Ms. Robinshaw later that evening. The next day (Thursday, July 30) the agent met and showed the home to Ms. Robinshaw (who, incidentally was more than a half hour late).

Friday morning (July 31) Ms. Robinshaw texted the agent to make sure the agent had received her employment information and credit report. The agent replied immediately that she did not receive the credit report. Ms. Robinshaw apologized and said she would try to resend it, which she did. At about 3 PM Ms. Robinshaw texted the agent advising her that she had given the agent incorrect income information. She provided the correct information. Three hours (6:14 PM) later she texted, asking if the owner had made his decision. The agent replied to this message Saturday morning at 9:52 AM advising her that the owner was evaluating multiple applications.

Some time later that day Ms. Robinshaw posted her negative review. On Monday, our agent sent Ms. Robinshaw a text saying the owner was still in the process of evaluating the applications. Ms. Robinshaw replied, 'thank you'.

After the owner decided to accept a different applicant with a higher credit score, our agent offered to help Ms. Robinshaw find another rental. Ms. Robinshaw did not respond to that offer of help.

I had a Fantastic Realtor Len Nelson. He was patient, thorough, explained everything, answered all my phone calls and texts and walked me through the whole process. He was professional, understanding and took the time to make sure every detail was covered. If you need a Realtor with integrity, knowledge, and who will go the extra mile, he is the one.
