Amazing Grace, a wonderful congregation with a great pastor who speaks the Word.
It's amazing we experience their love even in this small Town in northeast (ASAPALLI CHRISTIAN HOSTEL TRUST)
A wonderful time is to listen to the pastor preaching.
I love attending this church with my family, as the Word of God is expounded and tought faithfully every Sunday.
This church believes that GOD is the focal point for the corporate gathering of saints. That we are to come together to Worship God, and to be instructed by the expository preaching of the whole counsel of God, as it is preached and taught from the Scriptures, for our edification and sanctification in Godliness.
The main service starts at 11 am sharp, at the ringing of the bell out front. Highly recommend being inside at this point, so your ears will not be ringing during the service.
Hymns or theologically sound gospel songs are typical music accompanied by piano, guitar or organ.
There is typically a discipleship class starting at 9:45am on Sunday before the main service, with an engaging lesson and often lively discussion about many different topics of faith and practice.
There is a nursery for young children, (not wheelchair accessible, ask for help finding it)
The side door leading from the parking lot is wheelchair accessible to the sanctuary. There are restrooms in the hallway leading from the side entrance to the front of the church sanctuary.
There is a cry room for nursing mothers babies, and small children, with a tinted soundproof glass looking into the sanctuary, though babies and young children in the service are welcomed and a normal part of the life of the healthy church, as Godly parents seek to raise up children that love God and understand what it means to be a part of the body of Christ as we worship corporately.
There is often a time of fellowship downstairs after the service with snacks as we all enjoy visiting together.
There is a gravel parking lot to the right (east) of the main parking lot for overflow parking. On the other side of the pine trees.
Though attendance is valued over a particular style, if you wear casual clothes, you may feel under dressed, (many members wear a jacket and tie, or equivalent level of dress.)
The preaching and teaching here is such a blessing. I have grown so much!
