Excellent friendly service with no wait time
We've been using Regional Radiology Outerbridge for many years for X-rays, sonograms, and other tests. The service has always been consistently excellent, with friendly, professional staff and almost zero wait time when arriving by appointment.
I recently had two sonograms at this facility - one performed by Victoria and the other by Corinne. I was impressed by their professionalism, precision, efficiency, and the overall positive visit experience.
Thank you, Regional Radiology Outerbrige, for being here for our medical tests!
On 10/16/2025 I went to the Tottenville location for a cervical MRI. The first thing that I noticed was that the old MRI apparatus had been replaced with new equipment.. This was a great and pleasant surprise. The actual MRI took 12 minutes. Wow, in and out!!
In less than 24 hours the results arrived by an email. I will be back in the future!
I recently went to Regional Radiology and there was an issue with my appointment. The ultrasound technician, Stephanie, was amazing. She was able to accommodate me and was very kind.
I’ve been going to RR for years, mainly the Arthur Kill Road office. I did notice a change in the level of service over the past few years. I don’t plan on using their facilities after a thyroid sono mistakenly indicated a mass, which was actually my esophagus! That’s a pretty big error in my book! Good thing, because I wound up getting a breast cancer diagnosis and wonder if they would have caught it had I continued with them. I had many scans and tests over the years, but after that last experience will not go back, quality has certainly declined.
