I’ve been renting from them for over 2yrs. On the few rare occasions I had issues they have taken care of it immediately. So friendly and easy going.
Mark and his assistant John were great to work with; these guys really know their stuff. Mark had a real knowledge of the area and the local market.
He suggested a few minor repairs before putting it on the market to maximize the value, and we got an accepted offer almost exactly the amount my wife and I wanted to get for it within a few weeks of listing it and ultimately closed on it.
We moved out of the area, and unfortunately, could not talk him and his staff into getting licensed in Florida to sell us a house as well ;-). Can not recommend his office enough!
