On November 24, 2025, my BMW was involved in a rear-end collision. Following the incident, my insurance company arranged for Ron to tow the vehicle. Unsure about where to send the car for repairs, I conducted thorough research on Ron's facility, RG Autobody, including social media and online reviews. Throughout the repair process, Ron maintained clear communication, including updates on the estimator's visit, parts procurement from BMW, and detailed explanations, ensuring a comfortable experience for someone without automotive knowledge. Upon picking up my car at RG Autobody, I was delighted to discover the car had been meticulously repaired. Ron provided a personal tour, highlighting the fixed bumper and trunk, an impeccable paint job, and additional enhancements like a complete buffing (I think that's what it was called) and interior cleaning. The car appeared brand new and pristine, prompting myself to express immense satisfaction and recommend RG Autobody highly for their family-friendly service. The team is efficient, reliable, and communicates clearly, making sure I always understand the process and receive the best outcome possible. Most recently, they restored my car’s headlights, which I thought would cost me $4,000 to replace. Instead, Melissa and Ron saved me that expense and made the headlights look brand new. I recently had the pleasure of working with Ron & Melissa to ensure my vehicle got fixed after an unfortunate accident . Ron’s work is astonishing and precise when it comes to the details ! Melissa has also been an amazing help in dealing with the insurance claim , day in and day out she had remained in contact with both the company and me in regards to updates on my vehicle !!
