From our very first contact, the staff at Ruland Funeral Home provided an unmatched level of care and support. Being heartbroken and unable to really keep things in order in our head they made the whole process and entire experience exceed our expectations, providing immense comfort when we needed it most.
We were primarily guided by Vanessa, who was a godsend. From start to finish, her professionalism, warmth, and genuine empathy made a terrible situation so much easier to manage. What truly set Vanessa apart was the incredibly respectful and dignified way she treated our mother. We entrusted our mother's after-death care to her, and the attention to detail was exceptional. My mother looked absolutely beautiful and peaceful, exactly as she had in life, which brought us immense comfort and peace of mind.
Vanessa went above and beyond, offering personal touches and guidance that will be forever remembered. The entire staff were amazing, genuinely loving and supportive throughout the whole process.
We cannot recommend Ruland Funeral Home enough, and specifically Vanessa, to anyone seeking a compassionate and dependable service provider during their time of need. Planning a funeral for someone is difficult, especially when you live in Florida and the deceased lives in New York. Ruland funeral Home made my Dad’s funeral the easiest thing we had to do after he passed away!! We literally did not have to think about anything they took care of it all!! From the services, limos, burial, paperwork and on and on. They were so kind and caring to all of us! We never had to worry about the funeral and burial aspects which gave us time as a family and friends to remember our Dad! Thank you Ruland for everything you did for us!

The entire experience at Ruland's was so stress free and sincere that its hard to express our thanks.
