Nice guys, very helpful. Even exchanged a bad top thermostat off the new HW heater I purchased without issue. Will use again.
The workers at this place are very competent and super friendly. I noticed that they were patient in explaining installations to homeowners and they seemed to have great rapport with the trade plumbers. Amiel was especially helpful in recommending quality products for our kitchen renovation yet there was no pressure for us to purchase. I will definitely avoid the big box stores and and go to Sayville Plumbing & Heating for future supplies.
These guys are great! For a small family owned, old school plumbing supply they stock everything. They are open late during the week and on Saturdays. They stock all the parts for most toilets and a huge selection of faucet parts, as well as heating supplies and irrigation. They are well staffed and will get you in and out quickly. These guys take pride in their shop and it shows. Go Tuesday morning with a empty stomach you will not be disappointed. I would give them 10 stars if possible
