Jean took care of everything I needed from start to finish and also took care of setting up the rental from dropping it off to picking it up. They informed me of progress weekly and had it done on the day they said they would.
Joe took care of my estimate and Had my car detailed .

I had my car repaired at this body shop after a collision. While they did complete the physical repairs, they returned the vehicle with a completely non-functional entertainment system — no radio, no audio at all.
When I brought this up, they told me they didn’t know how to fix it and advised me to take it to the dealership. I ended up doing that and was charged $200 for the repair.
Afterward, I tried contacting the body shop multiple times to see if they could assist with the reimbursement process through the insurance or warranty, but they’ve been avoiding my calls and have not followed up.
I’m disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor communication after the job was done. It's frustrating to deal with added costs and no support afterwords.
