I recently spent a relaxing afternoon at Sayville Marina Park and really enjoyed the waterfront views. The playground and open grassy areas make it a great spot for families with kids to run around and play. There are picnic tables, shaded spots, and barbecue grills that make it easy to hang out for a few hours. The park has well‑maintained tennis and pickleball courts, which added to the variety of activities available. Walking along the path by the bay was peaceful and offered classic Long Island water scenery. The small beach area is nice to look at, though swimming isn’t always advised due to occasional water quality concerns. The marina and docks nearby give it a laid‑back coastal vibe that’s perfect for a casual day outdoors. Facilities and seating areas are generally clean and comfortable. Some days can get busy, especially on weekends, but there’s usually space to spread out. Overall, it’s a scenic, family‑friendly park that’s ideal for picnics, play, and waterfront relaxation.

This park is great! Clean. Lots of diverse activities for the kids. I would recommend adding hand sanitizer stations and canopy tents for over the swings, other playground areas and slides. This would be helpful for the young kids on a hot day so they don’t burn their legs. The restrooms were clean and close by. The public beach area is also just a few yards away. They also have a shaded picnic area and dual pickle ball and tennis courts.

Great park, new. Bathrooms weren't open when I was there. But there was a port-a-potty which was clean. Great picnic areas under the trees. Nice sidewalk to trek around or bike around. Park was very close to the marina, which the kids love they were able to splash around in. Tennis courts are right next to the park. Very clean well, maintained.

This playground was recently re done and is absolutely wonderful. It has many features that are accessible to persons with disabilities. It has all sorts of fun and creative play structures and areas. It is adjacent to the beach and tennis Court and has many seating areas and picnic benches. Also has bathrooms that I assume are open seasonally. Probably the most fun playground I've seen in a long time.
