Very happy with the result of a recent sub-panel installation in a detached workshop. Shem cares deeply about the quality of his work and it shows in the final result. He is very communicative and pleasant to work with.

We needed a new ceiling fan installed in the main bedroom, Shem responded very quickly and was sure to protect the work area with a new tarp, the unit was installed perfectly and he even removed all the debris and the old fan from our home.

As an extra he reprogrammed the old remote to work with another similar old fan in our home, so we have a working backup.

Shem replaced five interior doors with the frames and all of the trim and baseboard in the upstairs hallway of my home. I really had a vision of what wood doors could do to make the hallway shine compared to what was there before. One of the doors needed a custom frame, and he made it match the others beautifully. The end result was exactly what I was hoping for. Shem is very skilled and professional to work with. He explained everything he was doing, and he communicated with me during the entire process. I highly recommended him for any home renovation job and will be calling him for the next one at my home!

We had Shem come in to do some repairs around the home prior to renting out our property and I can't speak more highly of him. His initial guy was new to the company, but Shem made sure to come over and ensure things were being done right. We ended up having some mold damage and with the pending rental of the property we were in a bind with trying to almost completely remodel the powder room in a short period. He made very reasonable suggestions, took appropriate pictures for insurance, prioritized our circumstance and finished the work in a speedy manner, with attention to detail and care about the quality of his work. He was personable and reasonably priced (please don't expect him to be the cheapest, the man does good work and needs to make a living), making sure to have other professionals do things that he was not sure that he could provide the same high level of service for.
