Joe is extremely helpful and full of good stories
Stopped in to get my Poulan chain saw repaired. Was told that they don't have a mechanic on staff and that unless I bought it from them they won't repair it. He also stated that they are 6 months out on handheld equipment repairs. I recommend saving yourself some time and find someplace else if you need a small engine repair.
Typically I order parts off the internet because prices are better and you usually can't find them locally. Joe's seems to be the exception as they had my part in stock and it was way cheaper than anyplace online. They also helped me later on when I was having difficulty with a frozen bolt and didn't charge me. Always check here first for parts, they're helpful and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to go to them for any repairs.
I had ordered a part for my lawn tractor online. When I started to make the repair I found I needed parts that I had not expected. I called Joe’s based on an Internet search and he had all of the other items I needed in stock for less than I would have paid online. That allowed me to get my tractor fixed and running the same day! Joe’s a good guy with a veteran friendly business.
