Shirley Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry

My 2 year old had his first appointment here today. While I have no complaints about the staff or office as the experience was perfectly fine and staff were all friendly, I was disappointed to learn that this office is not handicap accessible. While my children and I do not have mobility disabilities, I did not know until arriving that the building would not be accessible for a stroller (which I brought for my infant who had to attend with us). While I will still be able to attend future appointments, had myself or my child been in a wheelchair, there would have been no way for us to access this office. Staff were kind enough to assist me in getting my stroller up the handful of stairs, however I would imagine this to be quite an inappropriate solution should it have been a person with a mobility device being carried up the stairs. This should probably be something mentioned upon calling for the first time as a new patient as to not cause any unnecessary embarrassment or to waste anyone’s time that would not be able to attend an appointment due to being unable to independently access the office.

Staff is beyond sweet and very patient I made the switch over from another dental office that was great but to far from my new home and I’m very pleased with the smooth transition, the professionalism, and the sweet staff that was so accommodating to my son and helped him to enjoy his most recent dental experience, they made a special effort to make him feel helpful and feel safe the entire visit.

Absolutely love this office! Every single person we’ve had has just been so amazing with my girls. Have been bringing them since they were 6 months old and they both love going! So friendly and helpful. Super clean, quick, friendly and great with little kids.

My sons first dental appointment and it went great. Loved everyone there supper nice and excellent with kids. Extremely happy we found this place.

They were great with all 3 of my little ones. They made the kids feel very comfortable and were very honest and informative with regard to my kids teeth. Everyone is super friendly there. This is our 3rd visit here. I hope they keep up the good work. Fairly decent place. Appears to be clean. Nice goodies for the kids one they are done in the chair. We will be back!
