I soooo love this church. There is an inexplicable feeling of peace in there. Light dwell in the place, the love of Christ resides in it.

It was a celebration of Italian American day. The parade started from St. Francis of Paola Divine Mercy Parish with Police music division and people walk to Shrine Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. It was very nice to see how beautiful local event and the story of neighborhood.

During July 6-17 there is a festival going on. I remembered to go with friends and family to hangout! They have food, rides, and games to do! Some games are $5. Others are different prices. Just bring a lot of cash or a card. There are rides but they cost tickets. Tickets cost $1.50 per. They would have a ticket stand and a paper on the window telling you how much you wanna buy and spend. There are bars, casinos and so many places to get food.

The festival was exciting. Plenty of good food. It was so hard to choose from. The vendor drinks were Horrible and too Expensive. It tasted like soap water. Only eat the Delicious food.

Nothing like traditions with the people you love. This Parish has been one of the corner stone's in my Family's lives. To this day my family is involved in many facets of the celebration of the feast of Saint Paulinus of Nola. Thank you OLMC for continuing to bring Happiness, Unity and Love to the Neighborhood. A tradition that had been going on for well over a century. May Gods perpetual Light continue to shine upon OLMC and its congregation.
