I had such a great experience at Genco Dental. I went in for a full exam and cleaning and also had some tooth pain that needed to be checked out. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was kind, patient, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or anxious. I left feeling relieved, well cared for, and really grateful for the professionalism and compassion shown. I would highly recommend Genco Dental to anyone looking for a dental office that genuinely cares about their patients.
What amazing experience we just had. Dad has been without top teeth for 2 years because of having to have cancer treatments. We got there at 8:30 am for impressions, 11:30 to see how they look, and 3:30 to pick them up. Yes, all in the same day. Patricia was amazing and the Dr was thorough and compassionate to dad not being able to hear anything. Dad is so happy with his new teeth and said "bring on the steak"
This morning was my first visit to this Dentist. The front desk staff was prompt and professional. The Hygienist was knowledgeable and considerate. The Dentist was professional and took the time to explain everything to me. Overall, professional and courteous.
