Arrived at 8:40 am appointment at 11am was done loading by 10:40am
They take you early if they are not busy otherwise they go by appointment

Just wanted to stop by and share my experience. I’m currently a Food and Beverage manager at Honors Haven Retreat and Conference. More often than not, we end up doing a will call “pickup instead of delivery” to help control and keep as many of our staff and guests as safe as possible during the pandemic.
Every time I arrive to the Middletown, NY depot I am ALWAYS greeted by friendly faces, high professionalism, and great customer service. From the super personal guy who actually helps with the order pickup, to the people in the back that help me with obtaining display items such as bar mats, napkin caddy’s, glasses, etc.
I honestly prefer to do the 50min drive just for the positive experience. Seems like an awesome team!! Thanks Southern!
