I cannot say enough about my experience with this company. I called them yesterday to see if I could get an appointment for this week, and they were able to put me on the schedule for the same day! George was extremely professional and efficient. What really got me was the results. For two bedrooms, he completed the work in under an hour, gave us great tips on other areas that he could service in the future, and answered all of our questions about aftercare. Happy to support local businesses, especially when they give such great care.
Prompt and timely service. Paul did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and Joe took care of the building's requirements to do the job and called to make sure everything was going as scheduled.
I used Steamaster to clean my light-colored living room rug. I was lucky to have JOEY show up. He was such a perfectionist and was working on every stain. I even had duct tape stuck to my rug and he was able to remove it without damaging the rug. Incredible! They were also priced very well, came on time and went right to work. Came 3 hours after I called! Able to do my 8x10 area rug, 2 runners, my door mat and 2 large yoga pillows. Fast, courteous, clean and did a wonderful job.
From the initial phone call to the actual cleaning this company was so easy, fast and professional. This was the first time I used a carpet cleaning company and was very impressed with the outcome. I called on Wednesday and they were here on Friday. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Joe Grech was a very professional, hard working man. As a woman sometimes you get worried about men coming into the house to do work but you have nothing to worry about with him, extremely professional and efficient.
