I can't say enough good things about Steve's 9W Collision, especially Mario. From the start, Mario was incredibly kind explaining the process of repair to me as well as guiding me through what parts of my repair were actually necessary versus just cosmetic, which saved me money.

Then, my insurance company wanted to declare my car a total loss over what turned out to be relatively minor damage. Mario went to bat for me. He dealt directly with the insurance people, knew exactly what to say, and kept me informed the whole time.
