Anthony was great. I really enjoyed working with him and now that a couple of months have gone by, when I look at my house I am very happy and proud. Him and his team did an amazing job. Worth every cent. Good quality through and through. Don’t look any further if you are considering strong island construction. I shopped around and met other contractors. He is the guy. He will get the job done to your expectations and you will be happy you chose him. He did roof, all the trims, windows and siding on my house.

Great work on our roof replacement. The whole job was done in less than a day. Very professional. The construction debris was cleaned up like they were never there. Dealing with Anthony and his crew was very comfortable. The house looks beautiful. I needed my windows replaced. Never having done this before, Anthony, the owner, guided me though every step. This included which window would be best for my needs and in my price range. The price he quoted was the price I paid, even when they had to replace most of the rotting wood that was hidden.

I was concerned about my having to reinstall the blinds and ruin my new windows. It was put in the contract that it would be included at no charge. Anthony also graciously said he would return in the summer to install my window air conditioners, no charge. While the crew was here, I had mentioned that the previous owner put wainscoting above the baseboard radiator and one side had a gap of 2” with 1” at the other end. Anthony bought decorative moulding that matched perfectly and to my surprise, installed it. All free of charge.

The job was finished fast and the outcome was beautiful. The crew was careful while in my home and cleaned up inside and out. I highly recommend Strong Island Home Improvements.

After receiving several estimates from contractors for gutters and siding, my husband and I decided to hire Anthony. He made us feel comfortable and took the time to discuss our best options for this project.

The words caring, professional, talented, and empathetic come to mind when I think about Strong Island Improvements. We had no idea what the extent of damage was under the existing asbestos shingle siding. They worked continuously for 10 days until my high ranch was properly ripped and resided. Anthony and his crew tackled the monumental task of doing the job right and replaced the damaged boards. We are so glad they were able to handle the repairs as I couldn't imagine dealing with this years down the line after having originally wanted to side OVER the asbestos shingle.

Their workmanship was amazing (so much attention to detail) and they cleaned up the site and removed all of their debris. They left my house looking pristine. We thank Anthony so much for going above and beyond. I will definitely use them for future projects and gladly recommend them to anyone who is in need of an honest company.
