It's beautiful place but my friend is not happy after he moved there because his neighbor upstairs complained about him for smoking in the balcony. Yes, you can't smoke even in the balcony in this place!!!
I never smoked and I don't like this rule.
I have lived here for 3 years. It is now my home. I am quite happy here! Charlie and the staff are very responsive to my needs. Any issues are satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner. I thoroughly enjoy the the amenities, the pool and gym. There’s a tennis and pickle ball court and large picnic area. Where else can you find these things in the area?? I can’t say enough good things about the staff. They are professional, friendly, helpful and work very hard to maintain a comfortable, clean, safe environment. I highly recommend the Sullivan Regency.
I have been living at Sullivan Regency for over two years and I absolutely love it here. Property is very clean and well kept. The staff lead by Charles and Rosani are absolutely amazing. Everyone is always courteous, respectful and looking out for our safety. Whenever I needed something to be fix the team is very responsive as well efficient and Matthew has been in my apartment next day if not available same day. Thank you to the whole team for caring and ensure that we can live in beautiful and peaceful place.
