I have been a long-time customer of Honda Tarrytown, and honestly, I didn’t expect to receive the level of service I experienced this time. Henry Almonte, the Service Advisor, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and with great care. Even as an existing customer, he treated me with the same attentiveness and professionalism as if it was my very first visit.
Henry truly stands out with his excellent customer service, and it shows that he genuinely cares about the people he helps. He is definitely one of the company’s best assets, and because of him, I feel even more confident continuing my service with Honda Tarrytown.

Very professional service shop. I feel really comfortable coming here. Very neat and clean with friendly staff and atmosphere. They make sure you get all the details about your car. There is a quiet room, free wifi, area for snacks and coffee with seats and tables for customers in waiting room while they are waiting for the work to be done on the car. A few restaurants close by to the shop so no worries about the hunger.🙂 The shop is not crowded and your work gets done in reasonable time. (Of course I been there evry time on weekend).
