Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Took my Tesla Model 3 here for a tire change. Was hesitant to bring it here initially, but it came with a significant price saving compared to Costco and Tesla. To begin, it was pretty easy placing an order online. They seem to periodically run deals for tires, so you end up getting somewhat of a discount for name brands (I got $70 off for a Michelin tire). After placing the order, I got confirmation via the app after 2-3 days that they had arrived and I needed to schedule an appointment. Called the main number listed here, but was sent to their national center, which wasn't that big of a deal and was pretty quick to set something up. Once arriving, the manager greeted us quickly and checked us in. The manager did ask if I had pucks to jack the car up, which at least showed me that they had some knowledge and experience with this kind of car. Provided the pucks just for peace of mind and everything went pretty seamless from there. All in all, i think it only took about 30 minutes as they didn't appear busy (went on a weekday at 11 AM). Staff seemed friendly and accommodating. The only somewhat con I would say is that I noticed they would lean the new tires against the car before placing it on. Not sure what the point of this was, but other than that, I can't complain. I'd come back here and recommend using these guys especially as they warranty the tire and it comes with free rotations.

Favorite place, I been shopping in sams for year now the convenience to use the app while you in the store pay for it and no line walk right out. A game changer. Will never do a line anymore. And if you shop at least once a month you might as well get the membership that you can come in at 8am and get you money back so it pays for itself. I recommend it. Get my tires , batteries and food. Compare to any other supermarket. For example. I got a mozzarella cheese for 2 for 9 bucks. Shoprite you get 1 for $10 dollars. What a savings.

Rolando the Manager Of The Tire Dept at the Sams Club in Elmsford is outstanding and provided excellent customer service. His expert knowledge on tires is impressive! His team David and Sivio are amazing! Ive been buying tires for over 20 years at Sams, Silvio and David service is awesome!
