It’s always been our favorite spot for music locally, but had never used their catering before last night. Hosted a birthday celebration downstairs and it was AWESOME. Start to finish. The food was excellent (kudos to chef!), attention to detail, great communications with Graham (manager), super accommodating of all requests, no BS….and everyone had great time! Thanks to Graham and staff for Jodi’s unforgettable 65th birthday bash!!!🙏
Fabulous venue where artists are celebrated! Great, eclectic, musicians and their bands big and small perform for donations, there's never a cover charge. The food and drinks are excellent The staff are quick, personable, and always welcoming! A favorite place for enjoying music in an up-close and personal fashion!
The perfect venue for events. Two floors and entirely different spaces to choose from. Live music, good food & drinks, great service, very lively atmosphere.
Comfy vibe. Limited menu, but good eats. Very attentive waitstaff. A very fun music venue with talented artists.
Went here last night because Alexis P. Suter Band was celebrating her birthday and I love Jazz and Blues music. Her performance in addition to the opening band Simone and the Fellas (She was amazing!!) was outstanding and it exceeded my expectations. This review in no way is a reflection on the Bands talent or performance. She was just frigging wonderful. She even included a burlesque dancer on stage for one of her songs and it was tasteful, but sexy as hell! My only issue is the venue was SO packed and crowded, they crammed as many tables as possible in there and it was so tight and uncomfortable that I barely had room to squeeze my coat over the back of my chair without hitting the woman at the next table (sorry again lady). The waiter was great too. Funny and attentive, he worked his ass off. The food though (not the waiters fault) left a lot to be desired. The Mocktail was just a bland lemonade, the veggie burger was a mushy mess and the fries were over cooked and kind of burnt. The menu is extremely limited with only a few options. I couldn't even eat most of it, I just asked the waiter to throw the scraps off our plates into a plastic bag so I can give the food to my chickens. He gladly obliged. Also, we had to leave early because the acoustics hurt our ears. My husband's ears were ringing it was so loud in there. Not the type of venue to go to on a date if you want to talk and get to know someone. This is not background music, this is an actual club that just happens to sell food. That's not a bad thing, it just is what it is. This is a music venue, so prepare accordingly. No cover charge but they do ask for a donation for the bands, which is fine. Very crowded and the seating is in such a way where you are literally on top of each other. Otherwise, enjoyed my night and the best part of course was the bands. Would recommend to live music enthusiasts. Not an intimate setting though, so I'd pass if you just want a quiet date night with nice background music.
