Dr Christina is thorough, very professional incredibly knowledgeable and was persistent that I got all of the procedures and test done to know that I am a very healthy man. I had concerns that were put to rest and my stress level has been much lower since.! They are very accessible and I’ve also been there for when my mother needed to see a doctor And they did incredibly right by her! I was treated by Christina Megerian NP several times over the course of about 10 days for the same problem. She was attentive and responsive to my needs at all times. I would say she went above and beyond what is typical. The front desk staff is also very kind and helpful.
I do not like the wait time. Sometimes there is a long wait. However, when I do get seen I feel the care I receive is good. Doctor Feliciano is excellent. She spends time with you, answers any questions, and you do not feel rushed. Overall, aside from the wait time I am pleased overall with the care I receive.
This urgent care facility isn’t usually crowded so max waiting time has been 15-20mins. The front desk assistants are helpful. Christina Meregian, NP., is very nice & knowledgeable. Dr Feliciano is also very nice and knowledgeable. I’ve been going to her for over 10 years. I would refer this facility.
Christina M is professional, informative, smart. Genuinely care for her patients. Overall if you go to this facility ask for Christina! Medstation is my primary care facility but you never see a doctor. Christina is the best. the doctors should take the time to care about the patients. talk to them get to know them. we're all different, you know. 5 stars for CM
