Jose and his crew were outstanding!! The experience from beginning to end makes me happy to give them 5 stars and recommend this company to anyone. Jose did an excellent job installing and refinishing the hardwood floors of my house. He and his crew were very polite, always arrived on time, and cleaned up after every day. The floors look fabulous!!! I couldn’t be any happier with the quality of his work. I’ll definitely be using him again.
Our wood floor was damaged due to tenant negligence. We were about to list the house and had just painted the walls (off white). The damages came as a surprise, we did not expect (or budget) to re-do all the floor. We suddenly were under pressure to find someone who would do it well, fast at a reasonable cost. Santiago came directly to assess the situation and gave us a quote, it was a Friday. He started on Monday and did floor in 5 days! The house is 2,900 sqft. This includes replacing boards stained by dog urine. The job Santiago and his crew did is amazing, exceeding my expectations by far. I also learned about wood floor along the way, as these guys really know what they are doing and explained everything step by step to me before making expenses. I felt respected and in control all the way. I can’t thank Santiago enough for the great job against the clock. And cherry on top, no dust at all!!
Quality work. Very attentive to detail. Will often do the extra. Always meticulously clean when leaving the site each day. Professional respectful kind and it didn’t hurt that my dogs love him
