First time using TW Motors. I was recommended to go to here from many people who have also purchased their car from TW Motors. I was very happy and the process was very smooth as I am busy mom with a family of 4, that is a huge help. Mr. Troy Williams is very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. If you would like to purchase a vehicle with a business that is not going to waste your time and has great customer service, I suggest you come to TW Motors to get your vehicle.
I am not the type to write reviews, but I could not let my experience here go unpublicized. My Range Rover purchase from this dealership was great! The purchasing process was easy and effortless. Where TW Motors went above and beyond was the days following my purchase. I think we all understand that even when a used vehicle is fully checked before sale, some issues may arise that are unforeseen. My truck did end up having an issue days after purchase and of course I freaked out and called the dealership worried and upset! The owner Troy spoke with me and calmed me down and told me not to worry, bring it to a mechanic of my choice and that he would cover the repair. The repair was made and he made the payment directly to the repair shop. I have never had an experience like this but the way this unexpectancy was handled gives me more confidence in Troy and TW Motors than I have ever had in any other dealership. His honesty and fairness has won me over as my first choice for any future purchases.
I highly recommend this service. I bought Ford Transit ten days ago. I was pleasantly surprised by the competence of these guys.
